This rivalry between Amazon and Walmart <\/span><\/a>has continued with Amazon making the latest moves. We wrote about Amazon Wardrobe <\/span><\/a>earlier in the week where Amazon Prime\u00a0Members will get 7 days to try on their clothing orders before deciding to buy it.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also wrote about Amazon’s Rewards\/Discounts for selecting No Rush Shipping<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>as opposed to free 2 day shipping.\u00a0While it was a nice little discount, it was nowhere near the huge pickup in-store discount that Walmart was offering. Until Today.<\/span><\/p>\n

Amazon has\u00a0[to our knowledge]\u00a0debuted a huge discount on select items if ‘Free No Rush Shipping’ is selected.\"\"<\/a><\/span>
\n For example, this\u00a0Cap Barbell Weight Lifting 2-Inch Solid Power Squat Olympic Bar <\/span><\/a>is selling for $191.97 but Amazon will give you an $84.29 discount for checking out with Free No Rush Shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alternatively, Walmart is selling this Olympic Bar<\/span><\/a> for $191.97 with only a $9.79 Pickup Discount.<\/span><\/p>\n

This rivalry has existed for years but this back & forth between them in 2017 is something the online marketplace has never seen before.<\/span><\/p>\n

And oh yeah, eBay doesn’t want you to forget about them as they announced earlier this week that they will begin Price Matching top retailers including Amazon & Walmart<\/span><\/a> in an effort to stay somewhat competitive with them.<\/span><\/p>\n
