Have you purchased a Johnson & Johnson Infants Tylenol between October 2014 and January 2020? If so, you are a part of this class action settlement.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can claim $2.15 for every 1 and 2 fl. oz. bottle of Infants\u2019 Tylenol you purchased, up to a maximum of seven bottles which will bring the maximum settlement per person to $15.05. <\/span><\/p>\n

No proof of purchase required. If you do have proof of purchase, you can make a claim for all the receipts that you have<\/span><\/p>\n

The class action lawsuit has nothing to do with the Tylenol itself, but due to the fact Johnson & Johnson deceived consumers into believing Infants\u2019 Tylenol is unique\/ specially formulated for infants, when the bottle contains liquid acetaminophen of the same concentration in Children\u2019s Tylenol, and therefore causes consumers to overpay for Infants\u2019 Tylenol. <\/span><\/p>\n

Johnson & Johnson denies all the plaintiffs\u2019 allegations of deception and asserts that the safety features of Infants\u2019 Tylenol, especially the accompanying syringe for safe dosing of very young children, means Infants\u2019 and Children\u2019s are different products. But Johnson and Johnson have decided to settle.<\/span><\/p>\n
