Extended holiday return window:

  • Amazon: Purchases made from 11/1-12/31 can be returned until 1/31/18.
  • Best Buy: Purchases made from 10/29-12/30 can be returned until 1/14/18 + free shipping on all orders through 12/25.
  • Kohl’s: Allows returns of most items at any time, but has a holiday return policy for premium electronics purchased between 11/1-12/25 to be returned until 1/31/18.
  • Macy’s: Allows returns of most items for 180 days, but has a holiday return policy in effect for some excluded items.
  • Nordstrom: Accept returns at any time “on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.”
  • Saks Off 5th: Purchases made 10/15-12/24 can be returned until 1/15/18.
  • Staples: Purchases made 11/19-12/27 can be returned until 1/14/18.
  • Target: Free shipping and free return shipping on all orders made through 12/23.
  • WalMart: Purchases of electronics made 11/1-12/24 can be returned until 1/9/18.
