On select days, the National Park Service waives the admission fee for their parks. In 2017, there were 10 dates that were free of charge. However for 2018, that number is down to 4.
Free Dates in 2018
- Jan 15th for Martin Luther King Day
- April 21st for the first day of National Park Week
- September 22nd for National Public Lands Day
- November 11th for Veterans Day
