The Mega Millions jackpot is now over $490 million after no one won the grand prize in the drawing last night. The Powerball jackpot for tonight is worth over $410 million.
This marks the third time that both lottery jackpots have totaled more than $400 million at the same time.
Mega Millions:
The odds of winning the grand price Mega Millions jackpot is 1 in about 302 million. The odds of winning a prize is about 1 in 24.
Mega Millions tickets are sold in 44 states plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesday and Friday at 11:00 pm ET.
Powerball:
The odds of winning the grand prize Powerball jackpot is 1 in about 293 million. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 24.
The Powerball game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. ET.
