  1. in the drop down it didn’t have the 2011 ipad 2 which is different than ipad pro 2, so not all trade-ins are supported and (No Matter How Old) is not accurate.

  4. I have an iPad that is third gen, but it is 9..7 inches, not listed in the trade ins

  6. My order still shows $399 for the trade-in of a 6th-gen iPad. I’m hoping they’ll still honor that, but if not, I’ll likely return the order. I won’t open what they send until the trade-in is processed
