Total is only showing $30 discount on final receipt
They let the purchase go through but ultimately only honored one discount code
I applied all three codes, but upon receiving my order and reviewing the receipt, I noticed that only one $30 discount was applied. Contacting Costco now..
The receipt showed only $30 discount and then after getting a text that my order had checked out and was on the way it was inexplicably canceled.
They canceled my order!
Finally got a hold of a Rep who said they will be adjusting the discounts the way it was originally and that it may take 24-48 hours.
Was the Rep from Costco or from Instacart?

Similar to Alex, I contacted Instacart and finally got a hold of someone who told me that Instacart and Costco had confusion about the application of the multiple codes, AND that they expect Costco to ultimately honor the three stacked codes and refund the additional charges.

My order was updated to only $30 off, then I got a notification that my order was canceled. And literally just 5 minutes ago, my order arrived.
I checked my account and it shows zero charges.
I’ll take it I guess
My order got cancelled
They charged back $60 stating it’s a mistake
I just spoke with them and they said they’re still working on the issue and to be patient for another 24-48 hours.
I spoke with Instacart customer support at 888-246-7822 as the admin tweeted.
I just got an email with the refund!
