Update – I just used the tickets just fine

No ID checked.
But I should add, i also received cancellation notice even though I used the tickets today
I went today and they said they no longer honor them. I said nothing and the guy said didnt you get the cancellation email. Instead I used the complimentary ticket the email mentioned and that worked.

We have worked quickly to resolve the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers. You are receiving this e-mail as you purchased tickets during this issue and we are notifying you that your order(s) have been cancelled.
To make up for any inconvenience, we are offering you one (1) free ticket to Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Times Square (this location only) that will be valid through March 9, 2020. But if we already received tickets, will they not work when scanned?
