- Note: Even if you’re unsure if your form went through, just scroll toward the bottom of the page where it’ll show “Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery” which means its went through.
Worked! Don’t need an account though. It tells you you do, but when I made an account after requesting, and then went back to request again, it told me only one per person.
